Returns & Shipping

Shipping:  All orders will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.   Orders over $150 before taxes will receive free standard shipping.  All other orders will receive $12.95 flat rate shipping. 

Returns:  If you are not in love with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit in the amount of the purchase.  Please read our return policy thoroughly to ensure that your items are acceptable for return.

Special Order Returns: All un-stocked items that require drop shipping are final sale.

Online Return Policy:

• Items must be received within 14 days of original purchase.  Once we receive the item(s), you will receive a store credit for the amount of purchase.
• All items must be in the condition they were shipped.  Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
• If you received an item that was damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
• All Jewelry, Bras, Candles, Basic Leggings and Discounted Sale items are FINAL sale.  
• We will not accept any returned items if they do not meet these standards.
• We are not responsible for returned shipping charges.  We strongly suggest using a shipping method that will provide a tracking number.
